Today we have white out conditions from blowing snow so everyone in school got a snow day. I decided to take my day off from work today instead of Wednesday. Otherwise I probably would have needed to stay overnight at my Aunt and Uncle’s House. Which would have been fun, but everyone needs a snow day sometime don’t they?
One of the projects I got side tracked on today was this baby quilt I am making for my friend’s first baby. I love it a lot. It is all flannel. The colored squares I bought at Walmart especially for this quilt and the white flannel is all scraps from a previous project. The squares were cut 3.5″ square which made this quilt top sew up quickly. I was inspired by this post and this quilt.
